Kai Yang Grilled Chicken

1 1/2 lbs. chicken (kabobs, pork or fish)

2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp. Minced Garlic (fresh pressed or jar)

1 Tbsp. Sugar

1 Tbsp. (Olive) oil  (veggie oil will do as well, but olive oil doesn’t burn on the grill like others can)

1 tsp. ground black pepper

Mix together.  Marinade for 5 – 7 minutes.  Grill or broil.
