Sisterly Concern

Paul and Elena are in the car on the way to the store. Isaiah and I are at home because Isaiah is sick. Elena solemnly admits to Paul, “Daddy, I feel sorry for Isaiah.”

Paul expecting some heartfelt sentiment about her brother’s condition. “Really? That’s sweet of you.”

She continues, “Yeah, I feel sorry for him because he can’t whistle.”

As Paul begins to crack up in the car, she pointed to her face, “Do I look like I’m laughing?”
